TenderAxiom

For businesses bidding on government work

Every claim in your proposal, checked against your evidence before you submit.

Upload the solicitation, your draft and a simple evidence sheet. TenderAxiom flags wrong figures, lapsed certifications, unsupported claims and missed requirements, and emails you a claim-by-claim report.

How a Bid Check works

  1. Upload three files

The solicitation, your draft proposal (PDF or Word) and your evidence sheet: one row per contract, certification, staff figure or commitment you can prove.

  2. Every claim is tested

Amounts at the precision written, dates, certifications and expiry, named clients and requirement coverage. One record must support each fact; mixing facts from two records fails.

  3. Fix, sign off, submit

You get the report by email within minutes, plus a checklist of submission rules that can disqualify a bid. A person in your business approves the final version.

Free tool

Free compliance matrix and disqualifier list

Upload a solicitation. We email you every requirement it contains, plus the procedural rules that most often get bids thrown out: page limits, fonts, deadlines, submission method, registrations and signatures.

Your file is processed and deleted. We keep only your email address to send the result.

Check your proposal

Fill in the free evidence sheet template first: one row for each fact you can prove, with the document that proves it. We check the sheet before you pay and tell you about any row that needs fixing.

Have a check code from a 5- or 20-check pack? Enter it and skip payment. Do not upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) or export-controlled technical data (ITAR or EAR).

How we know it works, and what it does not do

The AI only proposes which evidence a sentence relies on. Deterministic code verifies every amount, date, certification and named organisation, and a second pass with no AI re-checks every sentence. We tested it with a pre-registered benchmark on synthetic proposals, run on fresh data it had never seen.

1,543 of 1,544planted fabrications blocked, across 12 types
0 of 3,324true claims wrongly blocked in that test
400 of 400unverifiable superlatives sent for human review

These figures come from synthetic data; real proposals are messier, so expect occasional false flags that take seconds to clear. TenderAxiom checks your proposal against the evidence you provide; it cannot know whether that evidence is true. It does not guarantee any award.

Questions

Who is this for?

Small and mid-sized businesses bidding on federal, state and local government work, and the consultants who write bids for them.

What happens to my documents?

They are processed to produce your report and then deleted. We keep your email address, the order record and the report summary counts. Your content is never used to train AI models.

Does it write my proposal?

No. It checks what you or your writers produced. That keeps your voice, and it means every fact can be traced to your own records.

Can I use it on bids outside the United States?

Yes. The checks work on any English-language solicitation and proposal. Prices are in US dollars.

Refunds?

If a Bid Check fails to deliver a report, we refund it in full. Reply to any of our emails.
